3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Making Reservations

• Appointments can be booked through our website, phone, or in person
• We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability
• You must provide accurate information when booking

3.2 Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to confirmation from Spa Paradise
• You will receive a confirmation via phone, email, or SMS

3.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 12 hours in advance
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

3.4 Late Arrivals

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment
• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to accommodate other guests
• The full service fee will still apply

4. Payment Terms

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Current pricing will apply at the time of booking

4.2 Payment Methods

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets

• Services rendered are non-refundable

• We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate appointments without refund for misconduct

7.2 Prohibited Activities

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and drug use are strictly prohibited on the premises
• Photography or video recording without permission is not allowed
• Loud conversations or disruptive behavior that disturbs other guests

7.3 Personal Belongings

• Spa Paradise is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
• Please secure your valuables; lockers may be provided at your own risk

8. Age Restrictions

• Services are primarily intended for adults aged 18 and above
• Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
